Summer Program Info Page!

This summer we are excited to offer a fully inclusive fun filled and educational program. The classrooms will continue the Montessori Morning Work Period with a focused weekly theme. We will be combining educational topics and summer activities while
keeping our routine.

 

The Summer Program will run July 5 - August 26th!

Below is a breakdown of our weekly routine for the summer:

Mondays we will introduce our weekly theme and any new works in the classrooms. This can include different books, projects, crafts or songs.

Tuesdays afternoons will be reserved for Craft Day. Craft Day will be a unique opportunity for the friends to experiment with a variety of different mediums. We have arranged a special craft for each weekly theme as well and each friend will be able to bring home a
special self made memorabilia.

Wednesday will be Music with Mr. Tim. Mr. Tim will continue coming on Wednesdays to have Music day with us! He will be introducing fascinating instruments from around the world and we will be singing summer songs! Whoo-hooo!

Thursdays we will reserve the playground for Water Day. For Water Days we ask parents to make sure everyone comes in with swimming suits already on and a towel and change of clothes for afterwards. We will have water tables, sprinklers, bubbles and other water
toys. The playground will also have additional shade to ensure safe exposure.

Fridays will be our Friday Field Trips! We have a variety of indoor and outdoor fun to get our friends excited for! Some Fridays we will have an activity planned at our center so our youngest group can participate as well. For trips outside the center we will be
preparing a Field Trip Permission Form with all the information on our location and contact info.

We can’t wait for Summer to start! It’s going to be amazing :D
